Main requirements:
    Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
    Business Administration or a discipline relevant to the performing function.
    Excellent performance on the current administrator role for at least 1 (one) year and above. Relevant experience typically achieved through vocational trainings and equivalent practical experience or on-the-job training.
    Ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written English
    Roster 14/7 in mining site

 Duties and responsibilities:
    Provide an administrative and clerical support to Project teams 
    Welcome new employees and assist with on-boarding process 
    Arrange IT hardware and software, desks and offices for new and current employees 
    Assist the teams and arrange incoming visitors training and induction booking  & meeting rooms 
    Order and arrange PPE when necessary and track PPE registries   
    Assist the teams with document processing such as recording of meeting minutes and producing of reports
    Arrange stationeries such as ID card, business card, desk name tag, and office keys 
    Ensure office supply and stationeries are readily stocked 
    File relevant incoming and outgoing correspondence  
    Assist teams in coordination of business meetings and organize internal events as required 
    Assist with translation and interpretation as required. 
    Perform data entry as required 
    Work in good coordination with other teams, OT management, and contractor company personnel  
    Ensure safety and security practices in the office are in compliance with OT standards 
    Ensure office maintenance issues are addressed to relevant parties and resolved
    Perform other related tasks as required  
    Create and update an employee profile in the travel system and arrange domestic flight and travel booking 
    Arrange site transportation if necessary 
    Create goods and service reservation, maintenance notifications and other HR related requests such as timesheet and leave requests 
    Work with the site Human Resources business partner(s) to apply common systems and approaches to: Payroll (Summaries/RTBS/Work Schedule Rules) and travel and roster alignment with timely notification of any changes
    Follow OT LLC ethical codes and confidentiality policies in place
    Perform other tasks as required 
    Provide timely support and feedback to the direct supervisor facilitating management decision making process
