The purpose of this role is to provide IT support and service to end users of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan.
-Information Technology or relevant discipline.
-Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
-At least 5-year relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
Intermediate level and Professional level in English.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Understand and comply with all IT policies, standards and procedures.
-Provide first contact support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email, e-forms, chat, and walk-in to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues through consistent delivery of professional support.
-Professionalize on Manage Engine Service Desk tool with all functions for support and service log.
-Perform all tasks necessary to fulfill service level agreements regarding exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders, AD managed software/ systems, mailing lists, and mailbox features.
