Procurement and Logistics Project Support Officer

Key responsibilities: Participate in meetings with internal and external parties, Preparation of minutes, support translation for meetings and of documents, project reporting, other admin tasks as required to support other project team members including travel


-          Bachelors degree

-          Specific expertise on Microsoft office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio

-          Fluency in both verbal and written English and Mongolian

-          Data gathering and analysis, Document preparation in word and powerpoint

-          Ability to handle intense workload and meet deadline

-          Logistics experience is preferred but not essential
