We are hiring a Project Services Lead





Duties and responsibilities:                                                                                                              

The Project Services Lead is responsible for managing the project control functions, including scheduling, cost control, compliance, permitting, quality assurance, quantity surveying, procurement, stakeholder management, and reporting. This role serves as the central point of contact for project services across all assigned projects and is responsible for ensuring that these activities are integrated effectively into the overall project management process. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the project schedule, ensuring timely execution and resolution of delays.
  • Managing the project budget and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and securing necessary permits for project execution.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards across all phases of the project.
  • Coordinating quantity surveying activities to ensure accurate material and labor cost tracking.
  • Managing procurement processes, including reviewing bids, contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing and delivering regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and project performance metrics.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues across all areas of responsibility.
  • Ensuring effective communication across project teams and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Performing other coordination tasks such as risk management, maintaining project documentation, and supporting procurement-related activities as required.
  • Serving as a backup for the Project Lead, taking on project leadership and project management responsibilities as needed.                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Requirements:         

  • Extensive experience in project management, project controls, and services, with a strong background in coordinating and overseeing the execution of construction and infrastructure projects.                                    
  • Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.                                                             
  • Experience in construction project management, project control and project services 
  • Proven work experience as a Project Lead or similar role.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience                                                                      
  • Fluency in English is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of project and engineering management processes, means and methods
  • Ability to work in achieving tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to learn new things and contribute actively and positively to the team with a proactive attitude.

 

Contract term: 1 year
