We are hiring a Principal Advisor Data Management Project

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise on the selection and implementation of a data governance framework and standards across operations to ensure that data assets are well-managed and integrated
• Provide professional support in establishing data management maturity, including fundamental routines and rituals embedded with consistent application, and drive the risk reduction
• Develop and facilitate a change management plan to support the successful adoption of the data management approach and embed it in stakeholders' behavior and data management processes
• Assist in shaping and initiating a pilot project to test and expose the selected data management processes
• Lead the assessment process of the data maturity levels for all data domains and implement the designed data management approach in the pilot area
• Capture and record the post-implementation health check for pilot project, including evaluating the value and the impact of the data management practices
• Manage the process of updating the data management toolkit, change management plan, and flexible data management approaches to incorporate unique conditions, cultures, and pain points based on the results of pilot project
• Assist in developing a wide rollout plan for implementing data management practices across operations and broader level 
• Maintain the relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of collaboration, participation, and improvement  

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, data analytics  

Contract term: 8 months
