Product Manager.





• To create and follow up the strategy and marketing activities necessary for the product/products under its responsibility to achieve the budgeted sales and market share targets in line with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

• Gathering accurate insights from the field and all relevant stakeholders to form the annual marketing plan and promotion strategies of the products under its responsibility.

• To create and implement the annual marketing plans and promotion strategies of the products under its responsibility and to update/develop them during the year when necessary.

• Working in coordination with the relevant departments while fulfilling all these responsibilities.

• To make the budget planning and follow-up of the product/s for which it is responsible.

• To carry out regular field visits to correctly implement the determined marketing and promotion strategies in the field.

• To choose the correct/appropriate communication channels suitable for the strategies of the products for which it is responsible and to ensure that they are used effectively.

• To increase the product's market share, develop creative marketing projects, attend appropriate congresses, and use digital communication channels effectively to ensure their implementation after approval.

• Creating Event/Digital/PR/Media Briefs for projects etc.

• To regularly follow up on the results of all implemented strategy, project, and tactical plans and report their measurements.

• To prepare the required reports by making a competitive analysis of the products for which it is responsible.

• To suggest new products/molecules by following the new product/molecule opportunities in the current markets.

• To successfully implement the new product launch that will come to the department to which it is affiliated.

• To determine the frequency of working with the product according to the target audience/branch (physician/pharmacist/consumer) and to determine the communication strategies periodically.

• To communicate with stakeholders (Agency, Organization Firm, Promotion, Graphic Dep. etc.) related to marketing activities to follow up the process.

• Establishing and developing relationships with key opinion leaders to increase the product's acceptance in the target physician group.

• To closely monitor the sales of the products for which it is responsible, on a day/week/month basis, to compare them with their targets, and to develop opportunity or precautionary suggestions/strategies according to the sales results.

• To provide training on the products under its responsibility, to transfer marketing strategies to the sales staff, to receive feedback about the products, to interpret and report to the manager,

• Developing business requirements, market trends, and technology environment based on product strategy by conducting market research where necessary.

• Developing business models based on product strategy by studying patient journeys and patient flow charts according to the needs of the product.

• To regularly monitor the price indices of the freely priced products under its responsibility according to the competition and to propose action when necessary.

• In addition to their responsibilities described above, Senior Product Managers should participate in meaningful projects that will add value to the company.

• The Senior Product Manager provides mentorship by contributing to the development of PPS and/or JPMs according to the staff and needs of the group.

• The Senior Product Manager should be responsible for the products with the highest turnover and/or strategic importance in his department.

• Junior Product Manager is not responsible for the duties described above regarding new product launches.

Educational background: Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.

 

Requirements

Experience in marketing or product development in medicine and health care field

Excellent knowledge of English
