Follow the OT Training Standard and all related procedures.
Deliver occupational health and hygiene trainings to employees and leaders.
Provide Mongolian Labour Safety and other HSEC trainings as needed.
Run practical sessions on identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards.
Develop and update training materials in collaboration with the OT Health Team.
Report common hygiene issues or exposure concerns identified during training.
Prepare required reports for stakeholders, inspectors, or auditors.
Deliver additional trainings on fatigue, wellbeing, mental health, and infectious diseases.
Visit site workplaces to stay familiar with conditions, hazards, and control measures.
Conduct training gap analyses to ensure compliance with OT and Mongolian legislation.
Support the improvement of other health and safety training programs.
Provide training guidance to leaders and employees when required.
Evaluate training effectiveness against learning objectives and competency needs.
Communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a university offering an Occupational Hygiene or Public Health program (e.g., Public Health Specialist, Health and Safety Professional).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the occupational hygiene field.
Completed OHS Trainer Course
Training & Assessment (TAE40110) Certificate or an equivalent qualification would be preferable
Strong ability to develop training materials and deliver training sessions effectively in both English and Mongolian.
