Capture employee data into AC2000 system accurately and print ID cards according to the established Access Control Procedure.
Take employee and visitors photo and upload into AC2000 system as per photo standard.
Crosscheck manifest on a daily basis (including plane and ground transportation) in advance and capture new employee data into Tyco system verifying employee data from R3000 and Osmotion systems.
Generate various reports and distribute relevant personnel. Other reports as per email request and approval by CSS management.
Deactivate and/or activate ID cards as needed. This means deactivate IDs via email requests from HR, OTCE, Security, contractor company HR or admins/direct leaders and workflow demob list.
Print and issue new ID cards for lost, damaged and forgotten ID cards for the site employees.
Extend employee and visitor ID cards as required.
Check the company's group email on a regular basis and take necessary actions. Respond email requests promptly.
Arrange visitor induction on the screens for visitors and issue visitor badges.
Grant and/or remove access levels to the site, camps, kitchens, offices and facilities upon email request and approval.
Identify and fix the badge with swiping problems at turnstiles and readers.
Ensure all access control related devices and facilities including badge printers, monitors, visitor induction computers, cameras, card readers, turnstiles and screens at kitchen/north gate work normally. Report any device malfunctions to the management; liaise with ACS engineers to get defective devices fixed in a timely manner.
Make sure adequate stock of relevant ID badges materials and consumables in stock at all times; Maintain supplies inventory by checking ACS stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
Maintain confidentiality. Retrieve pertinent employee detail to the requester as directed by the Supervisor or Superintendent.
Other duties as assigned and discussed with the management.
Requirements:
Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
Business Administration or a discipline relevant to the performing function.
At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
