Trial – day to day planning and execution of the work that will lead us to the evaluation
GOAL – maximum utilization of the trucks, complete Trial Plan activities, capture data that will go into the evaluation of the trial
Planning, review against trial plan – Trial readiness lead
Analysis of the data, and weekly report, review data and identify gaps based on agreed outcomes (e.g. TCO) – Trial readiness lead
Daily site team planning, task identification, progress reporting, closeout - Site lead
Make sure the trucks get used every day, report in the daily log – Site lead
Make sure the trucks are maintained – get all work into the maintenance plan and schedule – Site lead coordinating AM resources
Breakdown maintenance or incidents – Site lead provide report to PM and area owner, coordinate rectification with required resources
Maintenance trends (regular checks, more formal review monthly) – RE, reporting to Trial readiness and PM, Site lead to monitor
BTEMP – daily check / post the screen shot, identify issues and take action – RE, checked by Site lead
Comms management – PM lead.

GOAL – Complete all construction and installation work to support operation of the equipment
SusCap lead for construction works
SusCap lead for installation works
Coordination of all workstreams and comms, Weekly updates and reports
Coordination of teams to support SusCap
BSS and Truck readiness
GOAL – all plans, systems and documents (aka Operational Readiness) are in place for the commencement of operation
Planning and execution, reporting, closeout

ER and HSE plans and interactions - Readiness lead, Site lead monitor
AM OR - Coordination / collaboration with the AM team to execute the readiness work – Readiness lead, Site lead monitor

Requirements:
A technical engineering or environmental degree or diploma (or similar) from an academic college or university is desire, or work experience demonstrating understanding of mine site operations and equipment, team coordination in a mining environment. Postgraduate qualifications will be valuable.
At least 2 years experience with a good understanding of systems and operations
Proficiency in English and Mongolia – both orally and in written form. Chinese mandarin skills is a plus. Strong ability in Microsoft Office programs with an ability to produce high-quality documents using (in particular) Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of mining industry in Mongolia, current trends and future developments including government policies and relevant laws and regulations
