We are hiring a Technician Geotechnical

• Assist in rock mass characterization and mapping activities- Geotechnical and Geological
• Assist in developing schedules for projects managed by the Geosciences team.
• Ground support quality inspections and testing
• Data input into various types of databases and managing data quality from various data sources.
• Perform geotechnical inspections and damage mapping of infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic colleges or universities.
• Civil Engineer, Geological Engineering, or Mining Engineer related disciplines - Other Engineering disciplines may be considered with sufficient Underground Mining Geotechnical skill and experience.
• At least 3 years relevant experience, or significant practical experience and on the job training.

Contract term: 6 months
