We are hiring a MANAGER, SALES STRATEGY & SUPPORT
Duties and responsibilities
- Schedule one on one meetings
- Collaborate with the Marketing team
- Close collaboration with Member Services and Logistic Teams by providing feedback, and addressing questions and issues.
- Support and help execute corporate initiatives
- Coordinate preparation of local events held by the company, work in close cooperation with leaders and other functions to make the events successful; monitor cost efficiency of the events. Attend and support international events.
- Member recognition: organize recognition at local events and collect Members' success stories.
- Work with Regional Team – helping with communications, gathering information about 1:1 meetings, gathering best practices, questions
Qualification
- University degree
- Fluent English language
- Good verbal and writing skills in Russian
Experience
- Work in FMCG/MLM companies
- Confirmed sales support, sales, and business development experience
- People management experience
- Budget creation and supervision
- Events organization experience
