We are hiring a Principal Advisor Enterprise Projects.





Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the Enterprise Projects function, team and portfolio, establishing clear priorities and accountability for delivery.
  • Be accountable for successful delivery of Enterprise Projects programs and realisation of agreed outcomes and benefits.
  • Translate strategic objectives into integrated, executable program plans with clear outcomes, milestones and accountabilities.
  • Drive alignment and execution across functions, resolving cross-functional issues and dependencies.
  • Establish and maintain effective program governance, decision rights, planning, reporting and escalation.
  • Proactively manage material program risks, dependencies, decisions and emerging issues.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional owners and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear visibility of program performance and drive timely intervention where delivery is off-track.
  • Define and maintain the organisation, roles and capabilities required to successfully deliver the Enterprise Projects portfolio.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Enterprise Projects team, building sustainable program delivery capability.
  • Assess, shape and mobilise new enterprise initiatives entering the portfolio.
  • Continuously strengthen Enterprise Projects ways of working, applying lessons and leading practice across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Ten or more years’ of relevant experience in engineering, project/program management, strategy, organisational transformation or a related discipline
  • Relevant program/project management, transformation or business qualification is desirable.
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience, including:• Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs or transformations.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing capability.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams across cross-functional or matrixed organisations.
  • Strong ability to operate in complex, ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, internal SMEs and external partners to develop and deliver strategic
