We are hiring an Advisor Project

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reads material and technical reports from the source language and translates them in the required languages (English and Mongolian) ensuring that technical terms are correctly translated 
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for improvement projects/programs and develop effective project scopes, shares knowledge and lessons learned.
  •  Supports the preparations and coordination of programs, specials projects and other initiatives including submission of technical reports of the Mongolian Government 
  • Support the deployment of RT regional and global initiatives in Technical and Studies area
  •  Assists in gathering relevant data and information from various OT departments, external stakeholders, statutory bodies (e.g. MRAM) and maintains database, reports that supports effective engagement of internal and external stakeholders
  • Provides technical supports to project stakeholders 
  • Registers risks and key issues and developing a mitigation plan and develop project progress report 
  • Assist in developing variety of documents and templates of MS Office software by using automatic functions
  • Assist in engaging external stakeholders by sharing information about the projects 
  • Assist in identifies and assesses the characteristics of different stakeholders to determine their engagement needs 
  • Assist in analyzing the political, legislative and regulatory environment and determines its impact on Projects 
  • Assist in submitting process report to the Mongolian Government in compliance with regulations, guidelines and the required timeframe and follow up the conclusion to the Government officials 
  • Make sure processes and entire Project stages are in compliant with the regulating law and guidance 
  • Make and analyses the process map of entire project using Visio, and other relevant tools and applications

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic colleges or universities.
  • Business Administration or a discipline to the performing function.
  • Experience typically achieved through graduate qualifications plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical reporting; Project Management experience is an advantage.
  • FLUENT IN ENGLISH.
