We are hiring a Project Cost Contoller





Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the creation, maintenance and reporting on the project forecast. 
  • Identifies improvement opportunities for streamlining work process within given parameters. 
  • Assists in the development of control accounts and control budget. 
  • Assists in the setup and issuance of cost reports, including cost control curves. 
  • Assists in the implementation of project progress measurement practices. 
  • Assists in the development of Final Forecast Cost (FFC). 
  • Supports compliance with standardized processes, systems and tools. 
  • Maintains the relationship with cost control engineers internally and with project partners. 
  • Maintains relationships internally with the procurement and estimating groups to ensure accuracy in current trends. 
  • Assists with analyzing and reporting budget and cost variations. 
  • Provides technical support to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Financing, Engineering, Project management
  • Cost controlling experience and excellent knowledge of cost measurements. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team.
  • Experience in Mining projects preferable
  • Fluency in English is an advantage, ability to work on tight deadlines    
  • Mining and Construction    

Contract term: 1 year
