Provide human resources services and support in compliance with laws and legislations, company polices and procedures professionally and in a timely manner
Human resources services include but not limited to:
Establish working relationship and work closely with HRBPs and leaders within client group to ensure smooth HR services experience Investigate, analyse and propose solutions from HR services and support related employee queries within client group
Collect, analyse and report HR services related data to client group HRBPS and leaders
Respond employee queries and advise, support and coach employees and leaders aligned with the company policies and procedures
Participate HR improvement projects and initiatives and lead as necessary
Protect confidentiality of information and ensure HR documents are reviewed by Employee Relations, Legal and other relevant teams
Perform other reasonable and appropriate tasks assigned by direct leader and manager once removed.
Requirements:
Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
Human resources or Business Administration or a discipline relevant to the performing function.
At least 5 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
Strong knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems
Able to build and maintain credible relationships with key internal stakeholders
Able to develop formal HR documents according to relevant standard
Strong communication and customer care skills
Decent proficiency in MS excel and word
Experience with data analytical and reporting tools such as Power Bi, Tableau is a plus Intermediate English language is must and fluent English is a plus.
