We are hiring a Business Ethics Specialist





Main Purpose / Objectives of the Role

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain the high business reputation of the company by ensuring consistent understanding and application of the company's Rules and Policies by partners. Maintain a level playing field for partners business operations.
  • Handle investigations of identified violations of the company's rules and prepare proposals for corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide clarification and guidance to partners on the company's Rules and foster productive and effective cooperation to prevent violations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Respond to partners inquiries on business operations and Company Rules received via phone, email, or meetings, based on in-depth knowledge of all available business tools, internal procedures, and current Policies.
  • Ensure consistent understanding of Company Rules by partners and company employees through training activities, meetings, presentations, communications, and information materials.
  • Prepare training presentations on Company Rules for partners and company staff as instructed by the manager. Identify needs for targeted training of partners /employee groups on a quarterly basis and inform the manager.
  • Support the sales team in strengthening the company's business reputation and ensuring compliance with Company Rules. Communicate relevant to the Company Rules updates promptly to partners and sales colleagues.
  • Proactively participate in organizing meetings with partners and independently arrange various meeting formats (personal, group, webinars, etc.); deliver trainings on Company Rules and related topics.
  • Participate in meetings with partners at all levels, exchange feedback and proposals aimed at protecting the company’s reputation and business. Analyze trends in rule violations and develop countermeasures in coordination with the manager.
  • Independently manage one of the main projects assigned by the Business Ethics Coordination Group Manager, maintaining documentation, organizing meetings with employees and partners, responding to questions, and preparing relevant reports.
  • Monitor partners activities affecting the company’s image and reputation conducted in violation of the Company's Rules and the Sales & Marketing Plan, including: 
    • advertising and articles published in media/online,
    • websites about the company created by partners,
    • advertising campaigns organized by partners,
    • events and meetings held by partners.
  • Track partners activities within ongoing projects related to rule violations.
  • Register and review partners complaints regarding compliance with the Company Rules (including those related to the Sales & Marketing Plan), and take timely action to resolve them.
  • Conduct investigations and analyze the causes of complaints in the assigned region, taking preventive measures within authority.
  • Prepare informational publications and presentations for various communication materials (website, management presentations, etc.) related to company rules and policies.
  • Represent the company as the primary instance for resolving conflicts related to business ethics and partners activities. Act as a mediator in disputes between partners or their groups.
  • Participate in and assist with events organized by the company and partners.
  • Maintain monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports on activities, keep proper documentation, and enter data into the Global Case Management System and other company systems.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Russian and Mongolian; English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience. Experience working with key clients and conducting negotiations.
