We are hiring an Officer UG Creative Content





The Officer UG Creative content (is responsible for producing high-quality animations that align with the project's creative vision. This role requires strong skills in design, illustration, and motion graphics, as well as the ability to conceptualize, create, and animate a variety of visual content. The Animation Creator will collaborate closely with the vendor to create a design, develop a storyboard, and develop content to bring ideas to life through animation for various platforms, including digital, web & film.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Animations: Design and develop 2D and/or 3D animations, video content for C.A.S project, as well as work required by other content.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the vendor to brainstorm and develop animation concepts, storyboards, and visual styles.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Integrate animations into videos and conduct post-production editing, including sound syncing and adding visual effects.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with project managers, vendors, project lead, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all animations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual coherence across various media platforms.
  • Adapt to Feedback: Revise and update animations based on feedback from the owner team and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic principles of cinematography and film editing.
  • Knowledge of interactive animation techniques (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, or interactive media).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business,    Public Relations, or related discipline (commensurate and relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute)
  • Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a high level of discretion, diplomacy, and ability in managing conflict and gaining consensus;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with proven ability to effectively implement projects and build strong relationships both internally and externally;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and understanding of the criticality of the work that needs to be delivered;
  • With a strong focus on the quality and quantity of the deliverables;
  • Extremely strong, proven experience writing, translating, proofing and top-notch copy-editing skills;
  • Ability to receive feedback/constructive criticism, corrections, change of writing-styles and rework drafts in short turnovers;
  • Ability to share knowledge, experience, resources and skills with others;
  • Proficient in managing complex and sensitive issues—high level of discretion and integrity;
  • Understanding of the external environment in which Company operates and the key factors that influence the business—excellent understanding of issues in Mongolia;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent English and Mongolian writing and speaking skills are required;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Strong commitment to safety and the highest ethical standards;
  • Good interpersonal skills, gets along with the team well;
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, or related field;
  • Experience working in a multi-national company (in a multi-cultural communications and/or public relations agency ideal).
  • The ideal candidate for this position should be a highly experienced communication professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mongolian and English. The candidate should have great interpersonal communication skills and be able to explain complex topics to interested stakeholders. Occasional travel to Company mine site and various other locations in Mongolia is required from time-to-time. The ideal candidate should be able to have flexible work schedule and be able to work from any location (office, home and in the field with possible overtime)
