We are hiring a Business Development Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Familiar with business development processes and strategies
• Screen potential project opportunities by analyzing risks and opportunities.
• Conduct financial forecasting and reporting to inform investment decisions.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making including financial data and assessing business opportunities and risks.
• Research and evaluate new business initiatives focusing on feasibility, risk management and potential return of investment.
• Develop financial model for renewable energy projects (e.g. solar farm, wind farm, hydropower, other related projects).
• Analyze and identify investment opportunities, including capital expenditures and depreciation, to guide strategic investment and financial planning.
• Meeting with project stakeholders and the company shareholder to determine their needs.
• Assist the Investment team of parent company on researching and identifying prospective opportunities in the renewable energy sector;
• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and expansion of the company’s presence in renewable energy sector of Mongolia;
• Maintain good relationships with project stakeholders and partners;
• Network and collaborate with other departments and prospective partners as required.
• Prepare commercial documents including presentations to management and the project’ seller or developer or stakeholder.
• Participate in other related duties as required.  

Requirement:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• Proven experience in business development, strategy and planning, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement, and any other related field;
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills;
• Clear verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced level use and knowledge of written and spoken English and Mongolian languages;
• Prior experience in using MS Office programs e.g. MS Project, Power BI will be an advantage.
