Close collaboration with Member Services and Logistic Teams by providing feedback, and addressing questions and issues.
Support and help execute corporate initiatives
Coordinate preparation of local events held by the company, work in close cooperation with leaders and other functions to make the events successful; monitor cost efficiency of the events. Attend and support international events.
Member recognition: organize recognition at local events and collect Members' success stories.
Work with Regional Team – helping with communications, gathering information about 1:1 meetings, gathering best practices, questions
Requirements
Master degree desired, minimum Bachelor
Positive leadership and a maintenance of a strong team-working environment
Investigative experience
Management of adversarial or potentially adversarial situations
Reporting and communication at all levels
Maintenance of policies and procedures
At least 10 years supervisory/management working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Advanced knowledge of MS office
Fluent English
