Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates, maintain and report on the project estimate
- Identifies improvement opportunities for streamlining work process
- Supports compliance with standardised processes, systems and tools
- Maintains the relationship with the contracting and other project cost estimating stakeholders
- Maintains relationships with the procurement and cost engineering groups to ensure accuracy in current trends
- Proactively analyses, trend and report changes to the estimate
- Provides technical support to project stakeholders
Requirement:
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
- Extensive knowledge on Engineering, ability to analyze complex projects.
- At least 5 year relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
- Strong mathematical skill required. Estimating Tools and Mongolian estimating standard and norms.
Contract term: 1 year
