Engineering (40%)
Collects & evaluates data, & develops plans for assignments that may involve design application.

Provide Engineering Support including design drawings, new technology implementation from the other mine sites or across the world.
Perform the specific testing and calibration under the experienced engineer's control.
Collects and conducts preliminary analysis of data.
RCA/DE (10%)
Solves a range of straightforward problems guided by defined procedures and solutions with guidance of Senior Engineer.
Conducts an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine correct method for improvement. Use Practical Problem Solving method (Fish bone, 5 why, cause and effect diagram). And Continuously improve own experience and knowledges and gather knowledge of advanced problem soving methods (Fault tree, Taproot, Apollo etc.)
Tactic (10%):
Improve experience and knowledges by developing maintenance tactics as per the asset management guidelines and under review of senior engineers and take thier coaches.
Provide technical support in the review of O & M programs to achieve high level of reliability and continuity of electrical/mechanical service.
Familiarization with a carrying-out diagnostic tests and condition based monitoring based on maintenance tactic
Cost& Projects, MOC (20%)
Actively participate the CAPEX and OPEX, risk elimination projects to develop a design and calculation.
Learning and gaining the best practice of project implementation based on Mongolian, RT and International standards.
Gather experiences on MOC by supporting to Senior or Experienced Reliability engineers on reliability improvement projects through the change management process
Requirement:
Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
Engineering, Mining, Maintenance or relevant discipline.
Relevant experience typically achieved through vocational trainings and equivalent practical experience or on-the-job training.
