We are hiring a Project Control Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project control systems and processes to ensure effective project management.
• Monitor project performance and progress, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present project status reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on project control best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project control or project management roles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Mongolian and English languages
