Directly impacts the business performance in Mongolia; acts with high level of independence and much responsibility; communicates regularly with local management and S&P Members’ group, cooperates widely with many functions throughout the organization both in local and Moscow offices.
Performance standards and expectations to include:
To develop and implement sales plans for Mongolia based on the objectives, specifics & market development stage within the defined budget.
To develop & manage annual sales, event, promotions budget for Mongolia aimed to support sales strategy and approved activity plan.
To closely cooperate with Member Services, Marketing, Sales Centers to ensure development and execution of the effective Members programs, tools, materials, trainings and promotions.
Closely cooperate with local Members (specifically S&P group) defining their needs for new tools, materials, trainings, etc. and ensuring their engagement in the marketing initiatives as well as proactively gathering their feedback
To analyze on the monthly basis sales performance and Members activity, develop and present a monthly performance report to the management team.
To manage relations with 3-d party service providers (Agencies, design, print & production houses, etc) ensuring high quality of deliverables at optimal cost.
To manage Events.
To develop & execute Members’ promotions and Events aimed to drive business growth and brand strengthening.
To coordinate Marketing Fund allocation behind an aligned with S&P activity plan aimed to drive daily consumption and facilitate Members’ operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Multilingual, good command of the Russian and English languages (Advanced level).
Customer service experience, Sales communication experience is a plus
Good knowledge of MS office
Excellent call handling or retail customer service skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical ability

Multitasking – able to handle number of different tasks, prioritizing;
