Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, economics, business, or related field
Experience in marketing, product management, preferably in an FMCG, Pharmacy company, marketing agency - min 2 years
Experience of working with marketing services providers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in LGS leaders plans development.
Supports ongoing existing Solutions and key products in accordance with the company strategy, goals and Cluster interests. Monitors effectiveness and takes actions towards required adjustments.
Gives input to Central marketing team important for the development of Solutions and product launches plans, giving context on Cluster LGS specifics, insights. Provides structured feedback after deployment to the colleagues.
Patriciates in managing Cluster marketing budget along with the Head of Cluster. Budget planning, execution, reporting.
Patriciates in identifying factors affecting Cluster sales regarding marketing part. Participates in the development of action plan to ensure the fulfillment of the Cluster sales plan (together with the Cluster Head), using variety of marketing tools.
Forecasts Cluster sales of new products and Solutions based on input from analytics. Aligns with Inventory stock for Cluster activities.
Ensures regular KPIs monitoring and preparation of management and other reports of Cluster marketing activities. Works in company systems and reports. Submits analytical reports and other feedback from the Cluster to Central Office. Develops action plan if needed.
Attracts and analyzes learnings from ABO Leaders, their practices together with Account team to enhance Cluster efficiency operation and effectiveness of the activities.
Briefs experts and product trainers for the events and Cluster activities.
Provides local support for Cluster marketing activities (in conjunction with Portfolio Brand Group, Comms and Solutions teams), ensuring production of quality branding, marketing equipment, communication materials.
Participate in informational meetings: speaking and promoting all marketing activities to Leaders Platinum level and above.
Supervises the schedule of Cluster events in the zone of responsibility: initiating broadcasts, events, conferences, participates in the creation of the schedule and content.
Provides marketing support for Cluster LGS events. Local production of branding, marketing equipment, communication materials.
Negotiates with LGS leaders in his zone of responsibility. Supports LGS leaders in marketing questions including launches, strategic initiatives, product programs and solutions.
Works in cross-functional team, such as Sales, I&S, Marketing, Operations, Technology etc when relevant.
Maintains processes in accordance with company rules and policies.
Participate in key company projects when required.
