We are hiring an Officer Warehouse





Duties and responsibilities:

Safety 50%

Ensure that the highest standard of Safety performance is maintained by ensuring personnel have personal safety plans, Lost Time Injuries within the team are zero and there is no violation of safety policies.

  • Lead to meet safety training requirements
  • Meet and lead to set examples of site safety requirements
  • 0 Lost Time Injuries                                                                               

Primary Duty - Warehouse functions 30%                                                                                                                 

  • Lead small team to achieve to meet 5S and Housekeeping requirement                                                                    
  • Support control and monitor over the meeting of requirement of Contractors Packing and Marking; 
  • Implement of FIFO standard at Warehouse area;
  • Lead and coordinate the 5S standard requirement or housekeeping of in the framework of Company and area standards;
  • Cooperate and lead the Housekeeping inspections with Warehouse and Fuel Leaders;                                            
  • Report improvement ideas and work as required;
  • Report of Long term storage and 5S improvement;
  • Complete tasks that Superintendent instructed.

Secondary Duty - other 20%

  • Support Warehouse team for improving storage aspect
  • Communicate within team to get 5S project report
  • Search any Safety tools and impovement  items in internet 
  • Support the development of a co-operative and committed work culture between the Inventory Management Team, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance  and other Warehouse & Logistics functional areas by establishing common vision, values and direction, consistent personal behavior, regular communications and co-ordination all new initiatives.                  
  • Ensure SOX Audit compliance is maintained without exception                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Requirements:

Postgraduate or equivalent education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college in a discipline related to the position or:                                 

  • Certificate or higher in Logistics/Procurement, Finance and Economics, 
  • Operational Experience (Hands On) in a Warehousing environment universities.

Experience typically achieved through graduate qualifications and at least 5 to 10 years relevant experience.

Special requirements: 

  • Drivers License
  • Forklift Ticket
