Prepare maintenance work packages for planned shutdowns.
Develop maintenance procedures, job plans, and work instructions.
Prepare safety documentation including LOTO procedures, work permits, and risk controls.
Identify required spare parts, tools, lifting equipment, and labor requirements.
Conduct technical studies for replacement or upgrade of obsolete equipment.
Recommend design improvements to simplify maintenance and improve accessibility.
Participate in maintainability reviews of new equipment and installations.
Analyze maintenance feedback following equipment failures and shutdowns.
Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs.
Promote Lean Maintenance practices including 5S, TPM, and SMED.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical failures.
Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Develop preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance strategies.
Administer and improve the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Develop preventive maintenance plans and equipment master data.
Support implementation of digital maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring, thermography, oil analysis, and Digital Twins.
Train maintenance teams on new technologies and systems.
Develop and maintain Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and design reviews.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with company HSE standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including at least 2 years in a maintenance methods, maintenance planning, or reliability engineering role.
Solid knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Lean maintenance tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, TPM, SMED).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical engineering solutions.
Knowledge of maintenance planning, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and preventive/predictive maintenance principles is an advantage.
