We are hiring a Trainer Health and Hygiene

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comply with the company's training standard and all relevant documents
• Deliver occupational health and hygiene training courses to employees and leaders
• Deliver Mongolian Labor safety trainings and other HSE related trainings if required to 
• Conduct practical training in occupational health and hygiene, aiming to develop employees with core skills and knowledge necessary to recognize, evaluate and control hazardous substances in the workplace, encompassing hazards such as chemical, physical (e.g. noise, vibration), biological and ergonomic agents.
• Develop and improve the occupational health and hygiene training materials through consultation with the company's health team and all relevant stakeholders. 
• Inform to the company's health team with information about common hygiene complains/issues and adverse occupational exposures raised in the training courses.
• If required, prepare & provide relevant reports & information to stakeholders such as inspectors and auditors; 
• Develop and deliver additional training courses relevant with fatigue, wellbeing, mental health, infectious disease and some other health topics as a business requirement 
• As required, visit in the workplaces at site to be a familiar and confident with adverse health effects in field, employees working conditions, implementation of the controls in place and hygiene monitoring 
• Conduct training gap analysis to ensure the training contents are included all occupational health and hygiene information in the company and Mongolia legislation requirement.  
• Participate for the development and improvement of all other occupational health and safety trainings 
• Provide training and development advice to site leaders and employees when required 
• Evaluate training to ensure our ability to meet the training needs of the site, achieve learning objectives and address specific units of competency 
• Communicate effectively with a range of audiences

Requirements:

• Postgraduate or equivalent education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
• Human Resources, trainings or a discipline relevant to the performs function.
• Graduated a university which had occupational hygiene training course program (Bachelor of Public Health Specialist, Health and safety professionals).
• At least 3 years’ experience worked in occupation hygiene sector
• Completed OHS trainer course or University post-graduation program of Occupational hygienist
• Trainings & Assessment (TAE40110) certificate or equivalent.
