Requirements:
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
- Bachelor degree in Tourism or relevant Social Science field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange international ticket bookings for the Employees, Contractor company personnel and visitors in accordance with the travel policy and procedure
- Create PR & SES on SAP when invoices received from the Agent and hotels
- Monitor both time and cost efficient air tickets are being provided by the ticket agencies
- Handling date changes and cancellations of flight bookings and ticket refund as required
- Make urgent arrangements during the flight delay or cancellation
- Monitor air ticket bidding process and ensure fair competitiveness and efficient ticket bookings
- Track updates of flight schedule of international airlines and share with the personnel
- Working in the Travel System to confirm ticket bookings
- Provide with proper information and guidance on relevant travel issues for the Contractor company personnel and visitors
- Study relevant international aviation and passenger safety and security regulations
- Monitor invoices received from the ticket agencies
- Prepare applicable weekly and monthly reports for international
- Maintain records of travel, air ticket purchases and relevant database
- Perform other related tasks as required
- Book and handle international and domestic hotel and accommodation booking for employees and contractors
- Arrange and book airport VIP lounge for executives
- Arrange UB-OT-UB flights passenger booking, flight manifest preparation
- Coordinate and communicate with UB & OT Transportation team Airport team, to arrange daily, charter flights
- Work on Osmotion/SAM system to approve or decline a flight booking and check if any error occurred
- Book charter flights if required
- Raise travel request for employees who mobilizing & VIP visitors and company employees if required
- Create PR & SES on SAP when invoices received from the Domestic Airlines
- Make urgent arrangements during the flight delay or cancellation
- Track updates of flight schedule of Domestic Airlines and share with personnel
- Perform data entry tasks and track reports and database
- Prepare applicable weekly and monthly flight utilization reports
- Provide proper information and immediate guidance on any relevant travel issues
- Respond 24/7 duty phone
- Perform other related tasks as required
- Report to the Travel Supervisor on a weekly and monthly basis
Contract term: 6 months
