Head of human resourse department





• Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

• Develop a manpower plan for the company and ensure that staffing and recruitment activities are in accordance with the manpower plan;

• Managing and supervising daily operations of the HR Department;

• Foster and cultivate a healthy workplace culture in the company, that allows employees to reach their potential contribute to the company’s long-term goals;

• Develop employment related policies and procedures in compliance with all statutory requirements, ensure that the company’s employee relation activities are met legal requirements;

• Ensure the Company’s human resources developments, practice and programs are aligned with operational culture;

• Support the human resource activities of all other departments in the company, including recruitment, hiring, firing, administering attendance records, administering payroll, etc.

• Implement industrial and in-house research, analyses, reports, news, inspections, monitoring and new methods and methodologies related to human resources matters;

• Other tasks assigned by senior management

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANT:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of human resource management experience required.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills;

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

• Attention to detail;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Knowledge of Mongolian labor law and other regulations;

• Strong English language skills are an important plus.
