Set up financial function in Mongolia and manage overall finance and accounting activities.
Implement financial processes and system in accordance with internal group policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and foreign exchange policies.
Monitor monthly accounting closing and prepare required monthly reports to Group Finance as well as to the company management.
Manage financial planning and budgeting/forecasting process
Provide strategic analytics to drive business growth
Oversee liquidity status and manage cashflow
Provide HR support including but not limited to payroll processing and social insurance contribution and reporting
Provide administrative support to Mongolia office
Liaise with external parties such as banks/auditors/tax authority/government/other service providers.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 5+ years finance working in this area. Experience in multi-national company, big four experience, and CPA license is preferred.
Solid experience in IFRS/statutory accounting standard and budgeting/control process.
Solid experience in reporting and ERP system.
Excellent analytical skills and excel skills.
Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
Excellent communication skills in dealing with both internal and external parties.
Willing to learn and equipped with can-do attitude.
