Project Scope Definition:
Help define the animation project’s goals and deliverables within the short-term constraints.
Ensure clarity around the project’s timeline, style, target audience, and intended message. Advise on prioritizing tasks to align with the limited time frame.
Time Management & Workflow Optimization:
Provide advice on optimizing workflows to ensure smooth and timely production. Recommend tools, software, and methodologies (e.g., Agile sprints) that streamline animation processes, from storyboarding to final production.
Help in setting realistic timelines for each phase (e.g., scripting, storyboarding, animation, post-production) and ensure the team stays on track.
Creative Direction & Conceptualization:
Offer insights on the creative approach, advising on animation style, color palettes, and visual storytelling to meet the project’s objectives.
Help refine the script and storyboards to align with the time limits, ensuring that only essential scenes and elements are included.
Recommend techniques to balance creativity with efficiency, such as using simple designs, video content, posters, loopable animations, or reusable assets.
Resource Management:
Advise on the best use of resources, such as personnel (animators, designers, voice actors), software, and hardware, to produce high-quality results within a short time.
Suggest tools or libraries (e.g., pre-made animation templates or assets) to accelerate production while maintaining quality.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks such as timeline delays, technical issues, or creative bottlenecks.
Offer strategies to mitigate these risks, including contingency plans for missed deadlines or unanticipated challenges.
Recommend flexible approaches in case certain animation elements need to be simplified or cut.
Quality Control:
Ensure that despite the short timeline, the quality of the animation meets industry standards and aligns with the client's expectations.
Advise on using efficient quality control processes such as quick reviews, iterative feedback loops, and regular check-ins to avoid major revisions at the end.
Recommend tools for real-time collaboration and feedback, reducing the time needed for revisions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or related discipline (commensurate and relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute)
Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude;

Strong communication and organizational skills with proven ability to effectively implement projects and build strong relationships both internally and externally;

The ideal candidate for this position should be a highly experienced communication professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mongolian and English. The candidate should have great interpersonal communication skills and be able to explain complex topics to interested stakeholders. Occasional travel to Company mine site and various other locations in Mongolia is required from time-to-time. The ideal candidate should be able to have flexible work schedule and be able to work from any location (office, home and in the field with possible overtime)
