We are hiring a Senior Engineer Structural Integrity

Duties and Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environment 

• Role-model the company's HSE values and practices. Assist others to do the same Participate in the planning of projects to optimize HSE results.
• Participate in the promotion of safety as work culture through personal awareness and accountability in workplace and at home.
• Attend daily safety morning meeting.
• Support the implementation of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards for the areas under operates responsibility.
• Ensures safe operates practices, systems, & processes are established & comply with Mongolian & teh comapny's HSEQ
• Policies/standards, JHA's, & safe work procedures.

Engineering

• Liaise with contractors to ensure resources & objectives are aligned with the corporate strategy & objectives. Act as an influential leader & develop organizational capability & identify talent in area of responsibility.
• Provide structural engineering support to operations, including engineering calculations, stress analysis, and drawings as requested to support operations requirements.
• Review and prepare Sctuctural Integrity Inpsection report
• Ensure the company adheres to all statutory acts, regulations, State requirements and consent conditions as pertaining to structural and NDT inspections of equipment.
• Implement programs to minimize the risk of major structural failures of key production and support assets across all areas of the site including operations, infrastructure and underground.
• Conduct thorough inspections of existing structures to assess their condition, safety, and integrity (includes relevant requirements needed such as permits, etc.).
• Identify and structural deficiencies, deterioration, or potential risks. 
• Propose necessary repairs, modifications, or reinforcement strategies.
• Develop risk assessment models to prioritize maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure that all structural designs and modifications comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and makes design recommendations.
• Maintains/ optimises existing assets and applies complex problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
• Responsible for delivering results on specific KPis.
• Directs preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
• Provides technical leadership to a small group of assigned engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints.
• Participates in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Engages with project and assignment stakeholders.                                                                                                  

Requirement

• Engineer with a bachelor's degree in structural and civil engineering.
• Design engineer of the structural and civil engineer
• An engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the design of the civil, structural of the working drawing. To develope of the construction drawings, check the design. Lira sadr of construction calculations, and others works on the necessary calculation software. Inspection of the field on the structural section. Works on Autodesk, Microsoft project, Microsoft office and other applications.
