We are hiring a Coordinator Journey Management





The purpose of this role is to coordinate, train, provide guidance to stakeholders on vehicle-related matters in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the operation's objective and the targeted plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the movement of all vehicles on the FMS system, collecting and processing the data. 
  • Responding to emergency panic alerts.  Issueing journey equipment to traveling personnel, performing inspections & journey-related CCVs on various types of transportation. 
  • Providing assistance to traveling personnel on itinerary/route/coordinate/location matter. 
  • Printing and distrubution of vehicle cards, activating and deactivating the vehicle cards and performing other registration operations on vehicle system. 
  • Ensuring the proper functionality for vehicle gate readers and overseeing the access issues to boomgates at various site locations. 
  • Communication with drivers on vehicle-mounted GPS devices and training on in-cab display. Ensuring authorized trips & journeys. 
  • Ensuring safety during all journeys by ensuring proper completion of Journey Management Forms. Reporting on policy violations & statistics. Emergency response & call cascading. 
  • Maintaining contact with all travelling personnel by taking calls every 2 hours & dispatching a rescue team if contact is lost for longer than the 2 hours. 
  • Maintaining an inventory & issuing of journey management & emergency equipment. 
  • Maintaining all journey equipment storage & ensuring it remains in good working order. 
  • Ensuring satellite phone functionality and reliability. 
  • Briefing & taking queries from travellers. Administration. 
  • Provision of incident-related evidence materials to relevant entities. 
  • Review of collected cabcamera cards, ensuring cabcamera footage consistency and registration in absence of Cabcam officer. 
  • Maintaining a storage and registration of vehicle keys. Issuance and collection of vehicle documentation on daily basis. 
  • Coordination of State Vehicle Inspection and liaison with local Government Agencies on vehicle taxation and licensing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
  • Business Administration or a discipline relevant to the performing function.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on-the-job training.
