We are hiring an Officer UG Creative Content, Animation





Key Responsibilities:

  • Animation Development: Create 3D for projects such as C.A.S., Major Hazards, BEV content, and other UG stakeholders
  • Storyboarding & Concepting: Creative teams to develop visual ideas, design storyboards, and define the overall animation style.
  • Combine animations with video content, add sound effects and motion graphics and edit.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project leads, managers, and other team members to meet creative and delivery deadlines.
  • Incorporate Feedback: Update and improve content based on feedback from project stakeholders and creative leads

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or related roles.
  • Strong design and illustration skills with an eye for composition, timing, and storytelling.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and understanding of the criticality of the work that needs to be delivered

Proficient in tools such as:

  • 3D Max
  • Z Brush
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Blender 
  • Cinema 4D
  • Knowledge of web-based or interactive animation tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or related discipline (commensurate and relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute)

  • Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude;
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills, including a high level of discretion, diplomacy, and ability in managing conflict and gaining consensus;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with proven ability to effectively implement projects and build strong relationships both internally and externally;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and understanding of the criticality of the work that needs to be delivered;
  •  With a strong focus on the quality and quantity of the deliverables;
  •  Extremely strong, proven experience writing, translating, proofing and top-notch copy-editing skills;
  •  Ability to receive feedback/constructive criticism, corrections, change of writing-styles and rework drafts in short turnovers;
  •  Ability to share knowledge, experience, resources and skills with others;
  •  Proficient in managing complex and sensitive issues—high level of discretion and integrity;
  • Understanding of the external environment in which Company operates and the key factors that influence the business—excellent understanding of issues in Mongolia;
  •  Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent English and Mongolian writing and speaking skills are required;
  •  Strong project management skills;
  •  Strong commitment to safety and the highest ethical standards;
  • Good interpersonal skills, gets along with the team well;
  •  Minimum 3 years work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, or related field;
  •  Experience working in a multi-national company (in a multi-cultural communications and/or public relations agency ideal).

The ideal candidate for this position should be a highly experienced communication professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mongolian and English. The candidate should have great interpersonal communication skills and be able to explain complex topics to interested stakeholders. Occasional travel to Company mine site and various other locations in Mongolia is required from time-to-time. The ideal candidate should be able to have flexible work schedule and be able to work from any location (office, home and in the field with possible overtime)
