My Authority with my team:
Within limits set by my leader, perform the tasks assigned;
Promptly raise any performance issues with my leader that I can’t deal. Other duties
Identify process instabilities, define the correction method, bring best practices to the team
Provide feedback to improvement projects, identify improvement ideas,
Contributes actively to the daily prestart, hand-over meeting.
Help leaders identifying and control safety risks in the concentrator as well as critical and process safety risks.
Acts as a credible resource to operations team, perform additional duties, including but not limited to crane & rigging, gas tester, operating heavy machinery, isolation, fire warden, first aid responder etc.
Perform tasks assigned by Company operations scheduling system safely and up to the standard
Perform additional duties in any other areas within the concentrator plant when required.
Collaborate & co-work with other teams while performing work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
Science, Engineering, Health, Safety, Environment or relevant discipline.
At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
