Requirements:
- Relevant higher education qualification
- Preferably at least 1 year of customer service experience
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Proficiency in Mongolian
- Proficiency in Russian
- Customer service skills, strong communication and presentation skills, competent written and spoken speech
- Proficiency in MS Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of service for distributors in accordance with Amway’s internal procedures, Amway’s Sales and Marketing Plan, and the Company’s Code of Ethics.
- Process distributor requests, update and maintain their data.
- Provide customer service using established service standards, departmental procedures, and SLA requirements.
- Manage document workflow with distributors:
• Entering service contracts
• Processing statements of completed work
• Adding/removing authorized persons
• Re-registration/sale of business
• Sending duplicate copies of contracts to distributors
• Processing returns in systems
- Review distributor applications.
- Resolve disputes regarding payments.
- Consult distributors by phone and in-office on issues of document registration and statements.
- Archive documents.
