Responsibilities
• Create Service Pack soft SharePoint and hard copies
• Service Order entry for allocated Customer accounts
• Enter estimated material list Work order
• Create External Service Purchase Orders
• Monitor & Report on Delivery of External Service Purchase Orders
• Create work orders delivery note
• Collection and service team timesheets entry
• Carry out company onboarding process for site labour services
• Assisting the Service Centre Manager in day to day duties of running the Service Centre
This position does not require a degree however any qualifications in Customer Service, parts identification, warehousing and logistics are considered to be favorable.
Good understanding of the English language
Basic to Intermediate Level - Microsoft suit of products
SAP knowledge – 4.7b or higher version (not essential but preferred) Use of email systems such as LotusNotes, Outlook
